The long awaited merge of Cal Nutrasciences, Inc. (CNI) and Xyngular Corporation was finalized the weekend of January 15-16, 2010. For existing CNI reps, it’s an exciting time as we take the solid, $10 Million dollar company we have grown, and merge with a company that will instantly give us a global presence in the marketplace.
